How do I order online?

Currently, Putri's Belle is available for online orders, simply select the items of your desire, add it to cart and select your payment method to checkout.

Would I be able to make orders through the phone?

Why not? Simply contact of sales consultants for direct orders. We'd love to have a chat with you.

I need my orders urgently, what could be done?

Fret not, over at Putri's Belle, we would certainly hope to accommodate to your needs, simply drop us an email or give us a phone call for special arrangements.

Would there be a minimum order required for my purchase?

Putri's Belle aims to make your purchase affordable, so, although we do have a minimum order for our door-gifts, we are only keeping it at a minimal purchase of just 50. However, minimum orders only applies to certain products, so contact us for further queries.

Could I cancel my order if I change my mind?

You may make changes or cancel your orders as long as the order has not been processed. Nevertheless, we'd strongly discourage changes as it might incur unnecessary charges, so speak to us if you're facing any doubts or require any assistance.

How long would I be able to receive my refunds?

If there happen to be a case of a refund, Putri's Belle ensure to submit the refunds immediately after being required, however, the the duration would be subjected to the individual credit card company or Paypal.
